Aktualizoval jsem X-Plane na verzi 10.31 a při načítání některých defaultních letadel (C172, BE90) simulátor spadne. Má to spojitost s OSX Yosemite a už se to řeší i na oficiálních stránkách X-Planu. Tak pozor!

Users have been reporting crashes with X-Plane on Mac operating system Yosemite. The APIs X-Plane uses to get the monitor resolution no longer work when 10-bit color is selected. The work-around for this in the current version of X-Plane is to not select 10-bit color. The new APIs do exactly the same thing as the old APIs, and only in Yosemite do they not work with the simulator. The X-Plane developers are aware of the issue and are working to fix it in the X-Plane 10.35 release.

X-Plane 9 has these same APIs, but is no longer updated, therefore X-Plane 9 is not and will not be Yosemite-compatible with 10-bit color resolutions. The solution for X-Plane 9 users with Yosemite is to not select 10-bit color.
