Dear aviation enthusiasts and pilots of VATSIM,

Recently VACC Estonia and St. Petersbourg FIR of VATRUS have signed a new Letter of Agreement, defining procedures between ATS units. After accepting this document the management of both FIRs has decided that this should be celebrated by making an event, in order to enhance the friendly connection!
As a result, we would like to welcome you for a small cityhop between Tallinn (EETN) and St. Petersbourg (ULLI), happening on Thursday, March 10th, 2016 from 16-19Z. All kinds of traffic (IFR/VFR, if the weather permits) are more than welcome!
