Our next edition of our Iceland featured shuttle event will be the 23rd August from 15-21z. This time Vatsim-Scandinavia have invited VATEIR and Dublin to participate along with one of our own airfields Helsinki-Vantaa. So you can expect great ATC coverage along your way to Iceland from one of our featured airports, make sure you attend at this scenic and exciting event.
All flights to/from Iceland are being subject to oceanic clearances/procedures, therefore we would highly recommend that you are familiar with oceanic procedures.
Take time and read the helpful documentation which is available here and here.
We will for sure see some old pilots visiting Keflavik and Iceland again but don't worry if it's your first time visiting Iceland, you will enjoy this beatiful and dramatic landscapes!
