LIVE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTRE IN WARSAW ON POLISH INDEPENDENCE DAY!

National Independence is a public holiday in Poland celebrated every year on 11 November to commemorate the anniversary of Poland\'s assumption of independent statehood in 1918 after 123 years of partitions by Austria-Hungary, Germany, and Russia. The foundation of the Second Polish Republic is considered a key event in the history of Poland.

For this occasion, on November 11th, from 17:00 to 21:00 UTC, several top controllers from Polish VACC will be sitting side by side in one location and providing ATC coverage of entire EPWW FIR, including all positions at major airports: EPWA, EPKK, EPGD, EPPO and EPKT.
You are more than welcome to fly in/out or across Polish sky and take part in the celebration!
